Tucson Residence Foundation has a comprehensive benefit package and competitive wages.

All positions with our Agency that are regularly schedules for twenty (20) or more hours per week are eligible for the Agency's benefit package. Eligible employees will qualify for benefits include major medical and dental coverage, paid leave time, credit union access, and mutual fund retirement plan.

Direct care position with Tucson Residence Foundation start at one of three(3) rates:

• Sleepover position  -  $8.76 per hour
• Non- Sleepover position  -  $8.50 per hour
• On-Call  -  $8.50 per hour

All regularly schedule direct care staff are eligible to receive an increase in pay at the end of their probationary period.
