Congregate Living Homes

Long term care and support is provided to individuals in residential locations owned or leased by the Agency. Transportation is provided to ensure access to the community. Congregate settings are licensed to provide care by the State of Arizona's Department of Heath Services and monitored by the State's Division of Developmental Disabilities. All individuals are provided opportunities to learn and use skills which allow them to become independent of supports.
